We guide people through the early stages of modelling, from understanding the industry to building a professional portfolio. We recruit new faces, develop their potential and connect them with clients and opportunities.

We can assess your look and experience honestly, run a professional shoot to build your portfolio, and talk you through how the industry works and how to present yourself to clients realistically. With 23 years of experience, we know what tends to help, and what doesn’t.

No. Most people who apply have little or no modelling experience, and that’s completely normal. What matters more is your look, how reliable you are, and your willingness to learn.

We accept applications across a wide age range. If you’re under 18, a parent or guardian needs to give consent and stay involved throughout the process.

Where any cost applies to building a portfolio with us, we’ll explain it clearly, in writing, before you agree to anything. We’ll never ask for payment simply to be considered or assessed.

No legitimate agency can guarantee work, bookings or earnings — the industry is competitive and depends on many factors. Be wary of anyone who promises guaranteed success.

This varies enormously depending on the type of work, the client and your experience, so we can’t give you a figure. Anyone who promises specific earnings before you’ve even started should be treated with caution.

Very likely, yes. We have one studio, so you’ll need to travel to us for an assessment day or shoot, and any modelling work you go on to do may involve further travel too.

It shouldn’t, and it shouldn’t be allowed to. We encourage anyone still in education to keep schoolwork as the priority and fit modelling around it, not the other way round.

No reputable agency charges a fee simply to be considered or added to their books. Be very cautious of anyone who asks for money before you’ve been offered any real opportunity.

Height requirements vary a lot between types of modelling — high fashion is stricter, but commercial, promotional and many other areas welcome a much wider range of heights. It’s rarely the single deciding factor people assume it is.

There’s no fixed timeline, and we can’t promise you’ll get work at all. Building a portfolio, gaining confidence and approaching the industry properly all take time, so patience really does help.

We’d rather assess you properly, through an application and, where appropriate, an in-person assessment, than judge potential from social media photos alone. Lighting, angles and filters can be misleading in both directions.
