UK Models is a modelling agency. We do not guarantee work, bookings or earnings of any kind.

References to “UK Models”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean UK Models. References to “you” or “your” mean anyone using this website or applying to our services.

2. Our services

We provide guidance, portfolio development, assessment days and related support to help people considering a career or hobby in modelling. Our services are designed to prepare and inform; they are not a promise of work with any agency, brand or client.

The exact services available to you may depend on your age, location and the outcome of your application and assessment.

3. Applications and eligibility

Applications are made online through this website. We may ask for photographs, personal details and other information as part of the application and assessment process.

Applicants under the age of 18 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian before applying, and a parent or guardian must remain involved throughout the application, any assessment day and any subsequent services.

4. Fees and payment

Where any fee applies to our services, this will be explained to you clearly and in writing before you are asked to pay anything. We will never ask you to pay a fee simply to be considered or assessed.

Any fees paid are subject to the specific refund and cancellation terms provided to you at the time of booking.

5. No guarantee of work

Nothing on this website, or provided as part of our services, is a guarantee of modelling work, agency representation, earnings or any particular outcome. The modelling industry is competitive, and results depend on many factors outside our control.

Any examples or illustrative content on this website are provided for general information only and do not represent a promise of similar results for you.

6. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and honest information when applying to, or using, our services, and to let us know promptly if any of your details change.

You agree to treat our staff, our studio and other applicants with respect, and to attend any booked appointment on time or give us reasonable notice if you are unable to.

7. Intellectual property and use of images

Images taken during a shoot or assessment at our studio remain subject to the specific agreement provided to you at the time. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you should not assume automatic rights to use, reproduce or distribute images taken by UK Models or its photographers.

The content, design and branding of this website belong to UK Models and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

8. Limitation of liability

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill, but we cannot be held responsible for decisions made by third-party agencies, clients or other organisations, or for outcomes that are outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
